Wholesale Terms

To protect our established wholesale customers, we require that all buyers:

• Provide proof of an established business operation

• Submit a valid resale or sales tax exemption certificate prior to purchase

• Wholesale pricing is available only to customers purchasing plants for resale.

Availability of Stock
All plant varieties and sizes listed represent our current or expected availability. Inventory is subject to change without notice. Availability is generally first-come, first-served, and all material is subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to make substitutions, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Customers are encouraged to contact us in advance to confirm availability prior to placing an order.

Claims & Liability
Plants become the property of the customer once they leave our premises. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay once material is in transit or has been delivered. No guarantees, expressed or implied, are made regarding the survival or performance of plant material after delivery.

Payment & Credit Terms
Payment is preferred by cash, check, or approved electronic payment upon delivery or pickup. Credit is not automatically extended. New customers may be required to prepay or submit a credit application for approval. Approved credit accounts are due within 30 days of invoice date. Returned checks are subject to a service charge. Past-due balances may be subject to a monthly service fee. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke credit privileges at any time.

Delivery
Delivery fees vary based on order size, distance, and logistics. Delivery charges are applied separately

and are not included in plant pricing. Customers are responsible for confirming delivery arrangements prior to order fulfillment. All delivery fees are due according to the agreed terms at the time of order confirmation.

Ordering & Pricing
All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure availability. Seasonal orders may not be confirmed until closer to the applicable delivery window. Deposits may be required for booked orders unless prior arrangements are made.

Cancellations
Cancellations made within a specified period prior to delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Orders that have already been dug, prepared, or staged may be non-cancelable and billed in full. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled after a reasonable holding period, and deposits may be applied to future orders at our discretion.

Scheduling
Advance notice is required for specific delivery or pickup dates. Rush orders or off-schedule digging may be subject to additional fees. Out-of-season digging or special handling may incur surcharges based on weather conditions and labor requirements.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.
